30th June 2022: deadline for financial support requests.
15th August 2022: early-bird registration
15th August 2022 deadline for registration cancellation with no costs (a penalty of 50 EUR will be retained after this date).
15th August 2022: deadline to reserving time slots for parallel sessions. Splinter rooms availability can not be guaranteed for sessions reserved after this date.
10th September 2022: deadline for preparation of summary sections of paper intended for submission to Roadmap Special Issue 2 to be linked from the Roadmap Preparation Page (word documents or links to google docs with permission to comment should be sent to Masha)
