Due to the influx of inquiries and registrations after the holidays: The COSPAR ISWAT Working Meeting has extending it’s deadlines for regular registration fee and hotel reservations until January 17th 2020!

NCTS registration is not needed for NASA participants.

  • Registration Questionnaire submission deadline (extended): January 9, 2020
  • Deadline for Team registration to be included in the Agenda: January 9, 2020.
  • Registration Fee: $200/$250/$350 (early bird/regular/late)
  • Early Bird Registration deadline has passed. 
  • Regular Registration Fee Deadline - January 17,  2020
  • Late Registration Period: January 18 - February 9, 2020
  • Registration will be closed on February 9th or earlier if the maximum capacity of the venue will be exceeded.
