Important Dates

  • Registration Questionnaire submission deadline: January 9,  2020 (extended)

  • Science Organizing Committees (SOC) of parallel sessions will be formed from Moderators of relevant Clusters and Leads of relevant Teams registered before the January 9, 2020  deadline.

  • Early Bird registration fee deadline has passed.

  • Hotel reservation deadline: January 9, 2020
  • Regular registration fee deadline: January 9, 2020
  • Meeting dates: February 10-14, 2020
  • Registration will be closed on February 9, 2020 or earlier if the maximum capacity of the venue has been exceeded.
