  • Breakfast: 8:00 – 9:00 (provided) 
  • AM1: 9:00 – 10:30 
  • AM2: 11:00 – 12:30
  • Lunch: 12:30 – 14:00 (provided) 
  • PM1: 14:00 – 15:30 (except Friday)
  • PM2: 16:00 – 17:30 (except Friday)
  • Coffee breaks: 10:30 – 11:00 (coffee, tea, soft drinks, bottled water),  15:30 – 16:00 (coffee, tea, soft drinks, bottled waters, snack)
  • Evenings:
    • Monday: 18:00 – 20:00; Icebreaker (Jamaica hors d'oeuvres + Hotel bar - Flamingos, cash bar)
    • Tuesday - Thursday: 18:00 – 20:00; Lively Discussions (Hors d'oeuvres + cash bar in Plenary room/Salons II+III see agenda for further details) 

*Friday: After AM2, when lunch is served at 12:30, we will have a buffet lunch for those staying, and boxed lunches available for those departing. The HOME working meeting will start at 13:00, during lunch (served 12:30-14:00). The coffee break will be 14:30-15:00, and PM2 will be 15:00-16:30.*

Plenary Sessions  include scene setting presentations by cluster moderators, proposals for new community-wide endeavors, discussions, and progress reports and action plans from parallel sessions. We are also planning panel discussions with agencies/programs leads.
