Introduction:
The User-focused Space Weather Training Network team aims to build a global community consisting of instructors, users, and experts who possess both in-depth knowledge of the space environment and a strong understanding of the needs of end-users. The whole spectrum of specific user needs will be at the heart of this training network. This community will share guest speakers, content, lessons learned, and best practices to better serve users worldwide.
In addition to traditional space weather training, our focus will be on customized training about space environment impacts tailored to user interests and assets. Backed by the expertise and resources of this expansive network, we plan to utilize advanced tools, visualization techniques, and multimedia resources to design training materials that address the diverse needs of audiences across different proficiency levels.
A unique feature of this training network is the periodic communication sessions, where general feedback from users/trainees can be gathered (reverse training), and the network can work together refining training materials, methodologies, and learning experiences.
