Introduction:
The Solar Wind Scoreboard team aims to create an open platform for community-driven ensemble solar wind predictions at Earth. The scoreboard will enable real-time comparisons between in-situ L1 measurements and solar wind model solutions. Both NASA’s CCMC-hosted models and externally run models are welcome. By collaborating closely with other CCMC scoreboard teams, we will leverage existing information infrastructure, including metadata standards, automated forecast submissions, and standardized metrics. We encourage participation to this team effort from the space weather and space science community.

Objectives:
Our objective is to create an open platform for ensemble solar wind predictions at L1, enabling the identification of emerging models with potential for improved space weather prediction. This scoreboard will provide the community with insights into the capabilities of current models and the promise of new developments. In collaboration with the community, we will design the scoreboard frontend to meet user needs. This action team offers a collaborative space for community ensemble prediction, fostering open science and collaboration for improved space weather prediction at Earth.

Action Topics:
Global modeling of interplanetary magnetic field and solar wind "evolution" in both the inner and outer heliosphere, Assessment of modeling capabilities of ambient heliosphere, Forecasting the arrival and impact of HSSs/SIRs/CIRs at/near Earth and prospects for other locations in the heliosphere (linked to H4)

Cluster with overlapping topics:
S2: Ambient solar magnetic field, heating and spectral irradiance, S3: Solar eruptions, H1: Heliospheric magnetic field and solar wind, H2: CME structure, evolution and propagation through heliosphere, G1: Geomagnetic environment
